Small Update, I've been riding consistantly for 1 + months now. Doing more hacking and outings than schooling at this stage. Pencil did start grinding his teeth when schooling and I haven't determined why - the dentist is due this week.

I did take him out for some more xc schooling yesterday, and got some pictures of him (thanks husband). He was really really good, got a little bit over confident in some places, and not yet confident in others so still taking most things quietly and trotting in.  I had too long iron (no more holes) and I'm still unfit and know what I need to do - mostly as long as I'm out of the horses way at this stage I'm happy. We have our first HT on the 10th Feb, competing at 80cm
